Family Room Refresh

This family of four wanted to refresh their family room. They requested a place to store games, and wanted the room to be light and comfortable with a splash of blue. We started with a new weathered wood credenza, “used as” an entertainment center that provides lots of storage, then added a nice large area rug to ground the space. The furniture was upholstered in durable fabrics in different shades of tans, beige and cream to keep the space neutral. The extra-large round ottoman is a great place to play board games. They enjoy the beach, collecting shells, geodes and feathers which is reflected in the artwork.
