Living Room Remodel

This young, confident homeowner asked for a “beachy” design with a modern edge. The custom art above the fireplace was the inspiration for this room. We began with the beautiful blue drapery and woven woods. Textures in the area rug and hand beaded coral-esque lighting next to the hearth add lots of interest. Brushed nickel accents can be found on the drapery hardware, custom stair balustrades and on the trim along the sand colored tile fireplace.
